After completing his banking apprenticeship at the Raiffeisen Bank in Schmitten, Markus Stritt (1969) acquired his expertise as IT-specialist in Zürich. In 1993, he moved to the Raiffeisen Bank Gurmels as deputy to the regional manager. In 2000, he moved to the Cantonal Bank of Fribourg, where he worked as client advisor in private banking and as a financial planner. In 2005 he moved to the Wealth Management division of UBS AG in Fribourg and was promoted to vice president in 2008. As a senior advisor, he worked for wealthy clients until 2012.
Markus Stritt holds the Swiss federal diploma in banking and in financial planning. His mother tongue is German, and he speaks fluent French.
